Activate and manage your license

Before you begin

Have the purchase email, the exact supplied license key, and an internet connection. One license covers one computer, not each speaker. Yearly and Lifetime include the same features.

Step by step

1. Before activation, review the purchase Terms & Conditions: no device transfers and no refunds after activation except where required by law. On first launch, read the complete software license agreement and accept it if you agree.
2. Continue to activation. Enter the purchase email and license key exactly as supplied; the key is case-sensitive.
3. Activate and wait for server verification. Audio controls unlock only after activation succeeds.
4. Open About later to inspect the license status and details or request a verification refresh.
5. Contact support before using a deactivation control or resetting the computer. Deactivation does not authorize a device transfer.

Check the result

A successfully verified license allows you to use PairChord. Both plans require online verification at launch and periodic verification; Lifetime does not remove these checks.

If something goes wrong

For a pending purchase, check your checkout result and email spam folder before buying again. Existing app versions may still offer deactivation; this can stop licensed access and does not guarantee reactivation or permit moving the license. Read the current Terms & Conditions or contact support before proceeding. Do not share your full license key publicly.
