What does PairChord do?
PairChord routes audio from your computer to multiple compatible outputs. Control speakers individually, save groups, apply EQ, and fine-tune their timing from one desktop interface.
Explore the features Link to this answerHow do I play through multiple speakers?
First, connect or pair your outputs in your operating system. In PairChord, read and accept the license agreement, then activate your license. On Control, choose an available audio source, select your outputs, and click Start routing. Begin at a comfortable volume and test synchronization before listening.
See the Control screen Link to this answerCan I mix Bluetooth, USB, HDMI, and wired speakers?
Yes, when your operating system exposes them as compatible audio outputs. Connect them in the operating system first. The practical number of outputs and their timing depend on your computer, audio hardware, Bluetooth connection, and device buffering; there is no guaranteed universal device count.
Link to this answerCan I add a speaker while audio is already routing?
Yes. Select another available output on Control without manually stopping the session. Its timing may differ from the outputs already playing, so check synchronization after adding or reconnecting a device.
Link to this answerCan PairChord open when my computer starts?
Use Open at Startup in Settings. On supported Windows and macOS setups, PairChord starts hidden in the system tray or menu bar. Open it from there when you need the controls. Restoring your last configuration does not automatically start audio routing.

Why do my speakers play at different times?
Each output has its own processing and buffering delay. Bluetooth can add more latency and jitter than a wired path. PairChord can delay faster routed outputs to bring them closer to a slower one, but it cannot remove hardware latency or guarantee perfect synchronization.
Understand synchronization Link to this answerHow do I use Auto Optimize?
On supported Windows system-audio routing, select at least one additional output and start routing. Auto Optimize then appears on Control. It compares local latency estimates, can switch the Windows default to the slowest estimated output, and adds delay to faster selected outputs. It may stop and restart routing as part of this change. Listen afterward and fine-tune if needed: estimates are not an acoustic measurement. Independent per-output application sources are not supported by Auto Optimize.
Link to this answerWhy can’t I add delay to the Windows default output?
Windows plays that output directly, outside PairChord’s routed processing path. PairChord can control supported default-output volume and mute, but cannot add delay to this direct path. Using the slower output as the Windows default can allow PairChord to delay faster routed outputs instead. Change the default with routing stopped, or use Auto Optimize during supported system-audio routing.
Link to this answerHow do I fine-tune synchronization by ear?
In Calibration, choose a reference output and a different routed target, then play the sync pulse. The Windows default output can be your reference. Listen and adjust the target’s delay in small steps; routed outputs support 0–2,000 ms of added delay. This is a manual listening test, not automatic microphone measurement.
Link to this answerWhy did timing change after opening FxSound or another audio processor?
Changing an audio processor, output endpoint, or device settings can change the effective audio path and its latency. Stop routing, settle on your intended Windows default and processing setup, then restart and test again. Re-run Auto Optimize where supported or manually calibrate. Previous timing adjustments may no longer fit the new path.

Can different speakers play audio from different apps?
On compatible Windows builds, open an output’s Device settings on Control and choose its application audio source. For example, one output can use a music app while another uses a chat app. Start the source app and refresh the running-application list if needed. Capture depends on Windows support, permissions, and the source app; macOS does not offer the same per-output application assignment capability.
Link to this answerCan I choose an individual Chrome tab?
Not reliably. PairChord identifies running application sources by process, but Chrome tabs and windows can share audio processes. Multiple Chrome processes do not guarantee independently selectable tabs. Choose the available application source rather than assuming each browser tab is a separate output.
Link to this answerWhat do master volume and each speaker’s controls affect?
Master controls affect PairChord-routed audio. Each routed output also has its own volume, mute, delay, balance, channel mode, and EQ settings. Supported Windows default-output volume and mute controls affect that system endpoint; EQ, balance, and added delay do not intercept its direct playback path.
Link to this answerWhere do I create and apply an EQ preset?
Open EQ presets to create a named five-band curve, edit a saved custom preset, or explore the twelve built-in presets. Apply a preset from each routed output’s Device settings on Control. The built-ins are PairChord’s own curves, not a claim to reproduce FxSound processing.
Explore the EQ presets Link to this answerCan I save my favorite speaker combinations?
Yes. In Groups, name a group and choose its ordered output members. Select that group from Control for future sessions. Saved membership does not pair or reconnect a speaker: unavailable devices still need to be connected through your operating system.
Link to this answerPricing & licenses
How much does PairChord cost?
Yearly costs RM9.99 for one year. Lifetime costs RM59.99 with no license term expiry. Prices are in Malaysian ringgit. Both are one-time payments, with no automatic renewal, and include the same features. Online activation and periodic verification are required for both plans.
Compare plans and checkout availability Link to this answerDoes each speaker need a license?
No. One license covers one computer running PairChord, not one speaker. You can use multiple supported audio outputs on that computer. Each additional computer needs its own license.
Link to this answerHow do I activate after purchasing?
After payment is verified, the checkout result provides your license and delivery status, and a license email is sent. On first launch, read and accept the software license agreement, then enter the purchase email and the license key exactly as supplied. PairChord’s audio controls unlock after successful activation. You can review license details later in About.
Read the license agreement Link to this answerDoes PairChord need an internet connection?
Licensing requires online activation, verification at launch, and periodic verification during use. A Lifetime license does not remove these checks. Audio processing and saved preferences stay on your computer; audio is not uploaded for processing. A temporary connection problem does not erase your saved key, but access still depends on a valid license and verification certificate.
Link to this answerCan I transfer my license or deactivate this computer?
Device transfers are not supported under the current purchase terms. Each license is tied to its activated computer; a reset or deactivation does not create a transfer right. Existing app versions may still display a deactivation control. Contact support before using it or resetting the computer: it may stop licensed access and reactivation is not guaranteed.
Read the device policy Link to this answerMy payment completed, but where is my license?
Return to your checkout result and check whether payment verification or license delivery is still pending. Check the inbox and spam folder for the purchase email. If it remains unresolved, contact support with the purchase email and payment reference. Do not post your full license key or card details publicly, and do not make a duplicate purchase just to retry delivery.

How do I control PairChord from my phone’s browser?
In desktop Settings, configure a PIN or password and start Phone remote control sharing. Open the exact displayed LAN address in a browser on the same trusted private network, then sign in. Set the login duration and sharing duration separately; a login cannot outlast sharing. The connection uses unencrypted HTTP, so use a trusted private network only. Audio stays on the computer’s outputs, not on your phone.
See browser remote controls Link to this answerWhy can’t my browser connect to the shared address?
Make sure PairChord is running, sharing has not expired, and both devices are on the same trusted private network. Open the current address shown in Settings exactly, including its port; an old bookmark or a different hostname can be rejected. Guest-network isolation or firewall rules can prevent access. Do not disable firewall protection or expose the address using router port forwarding or an internet tunnel. Sharing uses unencrypted HTTP and requires your configured PIN/password.
Link to this answerHow do I end remote access?
Click Stop sharing in desktop Settings to revoke all remote logins without stopping the music. Sharing also ends at its configured expiry and remains off after restarting PairChord. Each login has its own duration, capped by the sharing session. PIN/password protection does not encrypt HTTP traffic: keep sharing on a trusted private network.

Where can I download PairChord for Windows or macOS?
Check the Download page for validated platform availability. A public installer has not been published on this website yet. Windows and macOS capabilities differ; source implementation or a gallery screenshot is not proof that a platform release is ready. Use an installer only when its release is available from the official site.
Check download availability Link to this answerWhy might the Windows installer need internet access?
The Windows package uses the WebView2 online bootstrapper instead of bundling the full runtime. If WebView2 is missing, setup needs internet access to download it. This keeps the installer smaller; online license activation is a separate requirement.
Link to this answerWhere will I find software updates and release notes?
Use the official Download and Changelog pages to check published releases when they become available. No public installer or release feed is currently published here. Do not assume updates are available because a feature appears in the gallery.
Check release-note availability Link to this answerIs there a trial or a published refund policy?
Trial requests use email verification and review; submitting a request is not activation, and trial duration must be confirmed separately. An unactivated license is eligible for a full refund on request. Once activated, refunds are not offered except where required by law. Deactivation does not restore refund eligibility. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Read the refund policy Link to this answerWhat should I include when asking for help?
Include your operating system, PairChord version, output models, source app, steps to reproduce the problem, and any visible error. In Diagnostics, copy a support summary or export a report and review it before sharing. Exporting does not automatically upload the report, and reports do not contain recorded audio. Never include your PIN/password, full license key, or payment-card details.
